Most average guys have guilty pleasures when it comes to food.  Unfortunately, mine is the dreaded Chick-fil-a chicken biscuit.  To be more exact, two chicken biscuits and a Coke Zero no ice.  I'm ashamed to admit that I'm on a first name basis with Babs, the drive-thru attendant.  By no means is that a good thing.  If there is one disadvantage about driving around all day for work it is the ability to eat whenever you want, wherever you want.  The biggest challenge that I face Monday-Thursday (my work schedule) is trying to avoid Chick-fil-a until 10:30.  I'm not drawn to their food any other time but in the mornings.  I figured the best way to try to shock myself back into a stricter eating pattern was to look up the nutritional value and see exactly what I'm getting into bed with daily:

Chicken Biscuit: 440 Calories, 20g Fat, 8g Sat. Fat, 1230mg Sodium, 47g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 6g Sugar, 17g Protein

Let's Calculate:  Two Biscuits = 880 Calories, 40g Fat, 16g Sat. Fat, 2460mg Sodium, 94g Carbs, 6g Fiber, 12g Sugar, 34g Protein

What the crap am I thinking ordering that almost daily?

Chick-fil-a is a tremendous restaurant and I will never suggest for people to avoid eating there.  What I will suggest is to click on the link below and see for yourself what you are notorious for eating.  Have an idea of what you should eat before you go to Chick-fil-a.  I personally suggest this:

Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich: 290 Calories, 4g Fat, 1g Sat. Fat, 1030mg Sodium, 36g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 9g Sugar, 29g Protein

Instead of Waffle Fries go with:

Large Fruit Cup: 110 Calories, 0g Fat, 0g Sat. Fat, 5mg Sodium, 27g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 23g Sugar, 1g Protein
